  • Reset with a guided journey of breath and sound. This session weaves together intentional breathing techniques and active listening to bring you into a state of deep relaxation and clarity. Through rhythmic breathwork and curated soundscapes, you'll tap into a place of inner spaciousness, harmony, and renewal.

Sunday Sound Meditation

Every Sunday at 11 am - 90min

  • In Sound Meditations, we learn to listen to the silence between the sounds, the spaces between the notes, to learn about the power of silence...power of space. Listening is not a passive experience. The ancient practice of Nada Yoga teaches us how to deeply listen to outside sounds to activate and listen to the sounds within ourselves. By learning how to listen, one learns how to silence the mind. Silence becomes Space. Space becomes the power to choose and create our realities.

  • A slow, intentional practice led by Alex Artymiak — known for his steady, thoughtful teaching and hands-on guidance. Each class is designed to help you move with care, refine your alignment, and reconnect with breath and body. Alex meets you where you are, offering quiet support and personalized adjustments to deepen your practice.

    All levels are welcome. Come as you are — leave a little lighter.

    Most importantly, bring yourself — just as you are. There’s nothing else required.

  • The Empty Space is a quiet room for breath, sound, and movement — a place to step away from the noise of the world and return to yourself. We offer weekly sound meditations, breathwork circles, and intimate yoga classes designed to nourish your practice and your spirit.

    We chose the name The Empty Space as a reminder that it is often in the empty places — the pauses, the silence, the stillness — where we begin to hear ourselves again. This is not a space to fill, but a space to feel. To soften, to listen, and to remember what’s already here.

  • No experience is needed — only a willingness to arrive as you are. Whether you’re new to sound meditation or deepening your yoga practice, you are welcome here. We hold space for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

  • Our yoga classes are small by design — offered as small group sessions where each person is seen, guided, and supported. This is not a place to disappear into the back row. Instead, it’s a chance to refine, reconnect, and receive the kind of attention that deepens your practice.

    We encourage you to keep your monthly membership at the studio you’re committed to — and think of this space as a quiet companion to your journey. A place to come when you need a closer look, a different perspective, or a reminder of why you started.

  • No — and that’s intentional. We don’t offer monthly memberships because every session is kept small, intimate, and purposeful. We believe practice is personal, and our role is to meet you there — not to fill the room.

  • A Yoga Pod is a small circle — 5 to 8 friends, family, or kindred spirits — who choose to practice together each week. You pick your time, and the session becomes yours.

    Each pod is taught according to the group’s needs — whether that’s refining alignment, deepening breath, or simply carving out time to move and breathe together. It’s yoga held in the spirit of connection, consistency, and care.

  • Yes. One-on-one sessions in yoga, breathwork, or sound are available by request. These are deeply personalized — shaped around where you are and what you need. Please email team@emptyspace.live to inquire a class.

  • Of course. Most who come here are beginning something new — a practice, a question, a season of life. We move slowly, explain gently, and leave plenty of space for your own pace.

  • Yes. The Empty Space is available for private sound baths, yoga circles, or intimate gatherings. If you have something special in mind, we’d love to help you create it. We travel too! Shoot us an email at team@emptyspace.live.

  • We ask for 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Our group is small — each spot held is one fewer available for someone else. Late cancellations may be charged.
